Why do AI answers matter for a local business?

Do you guarantee rankings or AI citations?
No — and nobody honest does. Google and the AI platforms decide what they show; anyone promising you a ranking is selling something they don't control. Why do you need my real prices?
Because cost questions are most of what customers ask. Pages that answer "how much does a brake job cost" with real numbers are the pages search engines and AI assistants cite. "Call for quote" pages get skipped. Ranges are fine — we'll publish "$350–$600 depending on vehicle," not a fixed menu. This is the single biggest reason our pages get cited and your competitors' don't.
What if an agency controls my website?
Common, and covered in onboarding. We either work through them (we hand them ready-to-publish pages) or around them (your profiles, listings, and citations don't live on your website and are usually most of the early wins).
